These Terms apply to all current and future brands, platforms, subsidiaries, APIs, infrastructure layers, and services operated or owned by Oxford Private Studios Ltd.

  • Affiliate Program participation

  • Mobile applications, subscription services, developer tools, and beta services

    Raini and Raini Talk provide messaging, calling, identity, and communication services
  • Raini Connect operates as backend infrastructure handling payments, APIs, identity linking, and service orchestration
  • Musika provides digital commerce, music distribution, and marketplace services
  • Dandaro and Meso provide content streaming, creator monetisation, and social discovery systems
  • Oxford Private Studios Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any platform.
  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
    We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxford Private Studios Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous three months.
