Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Oxford Private Studios Ltd Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms. The Program applies to all Oxford Private Studios Ltd products, services, and platforms, including but not limited to EchoReverie.

1. Enrollment

Affiliates may apply to the Program through the designated sign-up process.
Oxford Private Studios Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Content & Promotion Standards

Affiliates may create their own content and marketing materials to promote Oxford Private Studios Ltd products and services, provided such content adheres to the following standards:

Affiliates must not:

Promote via spam email, bots, forced clicks, or automated traffic.
Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Oxford Private Studios Ltd products or platforms (including EchoReverie).
Associate the brand with illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or adult content.
Use cookie stuffing, adware, spyware, or malicious redirection.
Bid on the company’s brand names, trademarks, or variations in paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) without prior written consent.

Affiliates can:

Promote through social media, blogs, video content, podcasts, influencer channels, review websites, and compliant email lists (in accordance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws).
Use their own creative voice and strategies to drive referrals.

3. Commission & Payment

Affiliates earn 20% commission on referred sales of any Oxford Private Studios Ltd products or services (including EchoReverie).
Tracking cookies are valid for 30 days from the first referral click.
Payouts are made monthly but 90 days in arrears to allow sufficient time for refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks to be processed.
- Example: a sale made in January will be eligible for payout in April, paid during that month’s scheduled payment cycle.
The minimum payout threshold is $50.
Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from commissions.

4. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates act as independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Oxford Private Studios Ltd.
Affiliates have no authority to make contracts, statements, or representations on behalf of Oxford Private Studios Ltd.

5. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines (including but not limited to FTC Endorsement Guidelines, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and ASA standards where applicable).
Affiliates must disclose affiliate relationships in any promotional material, in compliance with transparency requirements.

6. Brand Use Guidelines

Affiliates are permitted to use certain Oxford Private Studios Ltd brand assets to promote products and services, subject to the following conditions:

Logos & Trademarks: Affiliates may use approved logos, product images, and brand assets provided in our affiliate resource center. Modifications, distortions, or alterations to logos and trademarks are prohibited.
Representation: Affiliates must represent the brand accurately and respectfully, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Brand Voice: Affiliates may not mimic, impersonate, or claim to be official representatives of Oxford Private Studios Ltd or its products (including EchoReverie). Content must clearly reflect that it originates from the Affiliate.
Prohibited Usage: Affiliates may not use brand assets in conjunction with illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or adult content.
Domain & Social Handles: Affiliates may not register domain names, usernames, or social media handles containing the company’s trademarks, platform names (such as EchoReverie), or brand name without prior written approval.

7. Termination

Oxford Private Studios Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s account for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may damage our reputation.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oxford Private Studios Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate in the preceding 3 months.

9. Amendments

Oxford Private Studios Ltd may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) ensures the Affiliate Program is used responsibly, ethically, and in line with Oxford Private Studios Ltd’s brand values. The Policy applies to all Oxford Private Studios Ltd products and services, including EchoReverie.

1. Acceptable Use

Affiliates are encouraged to:

Create original and authentic content that provides value to their audience.
Use Oxford Private Studios Ltd branding (including EchoReverie) responsibly and respectfully.
Engage in fair, transparent, and legal marketing practices.

2. Prohibited Use

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

Misrepresentation of Oxford Private Studios Ltd or its products (including EchoReverie).
Keyword hijacking, domain squatting, or impersonation of the brand.
Exploiting loopholes in tracking systems or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Overly aggressive promotion that could be considered harassment, spam, or unethical solicitation.
Using the Program to promote competing or conflicting offers that damage Oxford Private Studios Ltd’s reputation.

3. Enforcement

Affiliates found in violation of this Policy may be suspended or permanently removed from the Program.
Commissions generated through prohibited activities will be withheld.
Repeat or severe violations may result in legal action.

4. Commitment to Fairness

Oxford Private Studios Ltd is committed to running a transparent and fair Affiliate Program across all its products and platforms. Enforcement decisions will be based on evidence, and affiliates will be notified if their account is under review. Where possible, opportunities to remedy minor infractions will be provided before termination.

By participating in the Oxford Private Studios Ltd Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Fair Use Policy, which apply to all Oxford Private Studios Ltd products and services, including EchoReverie.
