Oxford Private Studios Returns and Refunds Policy

Scope
This policy covers purchases made directly from Oxford Private Studios, including physical merchandise, digital downloads, software keys, and subscriptions for services such as echoreverie.com. Business to business purchases are out of scope.Your statutory right to cancel distance sales
You can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery of goods, or within 14 days of entering a services or digital content contract, without giving a reason. Tell us within that 14 day window, then return any goods within 14 days after you notify us. We refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of posting. If you handle goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value.Digital downloads and software keys
3.1 No change of mind returns. There are no returns for digital downloads once a download or activation has begun.
3.2 Faults. If a file is corrupted or otherwise faulty, we will provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If repair or replacement is impossible or cannot be provided without significant inconvenience, we will refund your order. If we are unable to replace your order with a working file, your order will be refunded.Subscriptions and streaming services
You have cancellation rights for subscriptions. Where you ask us to start the service during the 14 day period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what has been supplied up to cancellation.Voluntary returns for physical merchandise
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a goodwill return for physical Oxford Private Studios merchandise for 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and complete in original packaging with all tags and accessories. The first return per order is free using our label. Further returns from the same order are at your cost. Initial delivery charges are not refunded under this voluntary policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.Faulty goods and not as described
For goods, you have a short term right to reject faulty items for a full refund, followed by rights to repair or replacement, and in some cases a final right to a price reduction or refund.Return shipping and collection
When you cancel under the 14 day right, you pay the direct cost of returning goods unless we offered to collect or the item is not suitable for return by post. We refund only the standard outbound delivery charge, not any premium delivery you selected.How to cancel or return
Use Your Account to request a return or email enquiries@oxfordprivatestudios.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will issue a return authorisation and the correct return address or a prepaid label if eligible. Do not ship to our registered office.Refunds
Statutory cancellations are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us, but we may wait until we get the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise at no extra cost. Voluntary returns are refunded after inspection.Exceptions
No returns under statutory withdrawal or our voluntary policy unless faulty for any of the following: sealed items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging once unsealed, custom made or clearly personalised items, goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, and digital content once download or streaming has begun after your express consent and acknowledgement.Data used for returns

12.1 Governing law. This policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Forum. Subject to clause 12.3, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute.
12.3 Africa exception. For orders made in the Continent of Africa, if the purchaser cannot travel to England, the purchaser may elect that any dispute be heard by the competent courts of Zimbabwe. Choice of law remains the laws of England and Wales in all cases. No other exceptions apply.
12.4 Mandatory rights. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.Contact
